Updated:What is Drivalt and who is it for?
Drivalt connects individuals, businesses and certified security agents for one-off or recurring needs (events, sensitive sites, retail, VIP escorts).
Where do you operate?
We cover all of France thanks to a nationwide network of certified agents.
Difference between private security and close protection?
Private security focuses on guarding sites and events. Close protection (bodyguarding) is the individual protection of a person.
How fast will I get a reply?
Most requests receive a first response within 1 hour. Urgent requests are prioritised.
How do I create an account?
Sign up from the landing page or the app, choose your profile (individual, company, agent) and complete your details.
What documents do agents need?
ID document, valid professional security or close protection license, and professional liability insurance.
How is agent verification done?
Our team manually verifies submitted documents before activating the agent account.
Can I use the app without an account?
You can browse public information, but booking an agent or posting a mission requires an account.
What types of missions do you offer?
Urgent interventions, escorts, events, and guarding of sensitive sites.
How is pricing calculated?
Based on duration, number of agents, mission type and location.
Minimum duration and cancellation fees?
Some missions have a minimum (e.g. 2h). Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing.
Can I book multiple agents for one event?
Yes, subject to availability.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Online payments secured with 3-D Secure.
Are payments secure?
Yes — SSL/TLS encryption and 3-D Secure authentication.
How do I get my invoices?
Available in the app under History / Invoices, downloadable as PDF.
Are agents insured?
Yes, valid professional liability insurance is mandatory.
What happens in case of an incident?
Drivalt acts as an intermediary and files the incident with the relevant insurers.
How do you select agents?
We check documents, references and experience.
How do you protect my data?
Data encryption, secure storage and access controls. GDPR-compliant.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes — just send us a request at contact@drivalt.com.
Are you GDPR-compliant?
Yes, Drivalt complies with the GDPR and applicable privacy laws.
How can I contact support?

How to modify or cancel a confirmed mission?
From the app (My missions). Fees may apply depending on notice.
Do you have ratings and reviews?
Yes, each client can rate an agent; reviews appear on the agent’s profile.
